whether supply of wheat, rice, paddy or other food grains comes under non taxable supply?

yes..those are treated as exempted goods ...you don't want to pay any tax for trading of these goods..

in play store apps are there.u can check Google...there u can find the list of exempted goods. and taxable goods with exact percentage

1001Wheat and meslin [other than those put up in unit container and bearing a registered brand name]. NIL GST

1002Rye [other than those put up in unit container and bearing a registered brand name]NIL GST
