If return is filed for previous Assessment year for the first time,ITR-V is not submitted at all,shall the return submitted be verfied/validated.Previously no return was filed and is it mandatory for him to file return for current Assessment year. Moreover person is with nil income.
ITRV non verified returns are treated as null and void.
