how are non resident umpires in sports taxed in india??we know that non resident sportsmen are taxed by 115BBA....but how about umpires??

As per the section 10(6)(vi) Remuneration received by Foreign National. as an employee of a foreign enterpriece, for services rendered by him during his stay in India, is totally exempt from tax subject to the fulfillment of specified subject.
So i think it is better u refer that provision....
