no you can not file it return of AY 2009-10,2010-11 and 2011-12 as it is time barred now.

Can u plz explain me that circular which i mentioned???
that circular gives relief to those asseessee who have filed the return but due to non receipt of ITR V at banglore CPC their return is not processed... so you can not file the return
