One of our Client, Private Limited Company not yet filed any documents with ROC from 2005-06. Now we are ready to file all returns. whether any special procedure applicable to file belated returns. Pls help me.

Dear Radha,
Already MCA announced Company Law Settlement Scheme. The scheme is valid upto 31st August 2010.With this you can pay normal fees,with 25% of the additional fees. 75% of the addl.fee waived.
Yes, in ESS u can file all the belated Documents with ROC with only 25% additional fees, but only condition is that the master data of the Company must show paid up amount of rs. 1LAc only then u can upload any form...
However, this will not apply in case u r filing Form 2..
