Resolutions 1067 views 1 replies

Hi All,

Hope you all are performing best!!!

Had a query regarding non filing of balance Sheet and annual return by one of the Private Company.

Company had not filed From FY'2008 to FY'2013..

FACTS:

1. Income tax Dept had raided its office during 10-15 Sept 2010.

2. in search IT dept had received BS till Fy'2007.

3. in query search report of IT Dept. Dir's had submitted that company had not prepared Balanace Sheet for subsequent years after Fy'2007.

 4. Now, Company had prepared and audited BS for all years but auditors have now signed with current date of 15.09.2011 on report of FY'2008,09 and 2010.

So i wanted to know the procedure and formats for application of compounding suo-moto and filing the BS of FY'2008 to 2010 with RoC.

Please do the needful.

Thanks in advance!!

1.  File all applicable  documents upto date (balance sheet, annual returns, etc. etc.)

2. File e-Form 61 for compounding of offence.  Refer its help file for attachments required.
