Non Executive Directors are not involved in day to day affairs , control and management of the Company. All the Directors other than the executive Directors are non executive Directors as Executive Directors are the Whole Time Directors.

So both the Independent and the Directors other than the Whole Time Directors are involved in non executive Directors.
