If you'r name appears in the defaulter's website kindly sue ICAI for defamation for wrong record of entries.
Please redress your issue with the Institute, they should be able to provide you relief. It is also the duty of members to keep tracking the institute's website frequently to ensure that their details are updated in the records on timely basis.
