Non compliance related with agm
If any private limited company has not held AGM for Fy-2014-15 till 30th September,2015 and company has not taken prior approval for Extension of AGM and Auditor has sign Financials in the end of November,2015 than what r the options company has to held AGM and gets accounts approved in AGM?

Hold AGM and File a Petition with CLB for condonation of delay in Conducting AGM.
As per sec 96 ROC has power to extend the time upto 3 months for holding AGM. You have to file GNL-1 form for that.
