Non compete fees - TDS
Does non compete fees attract TDS provisions? if so under which section shall the TDS be deducted??

Yes u/s 194J
Refer section 194J(1)(d) "any sum referred to in clause (va) of section 28"
and section 28(va) contains non-compete fees.
