yes of course..there are a lot of changes in the said directions..the same have ben revised by the order Non-Banking Financial Companies Prudential Norms (Reserve Banking) Direction 2007. also some provisions have ben updatd in 2008 also.

also there have ben chages in the rules..in 2010 also the CAs are requird to submit the half yearly net worth certificate at the registered office.

 go to RBI site & find the details there.

if u are conducting an audit, then do refer the revised rules only.
