We are registerd in Excise as Merchant Exporter. Recently we bought some items under B1 BOND and Given CT 1 to supplier.
At the time of Export, failed to prepare ARE 1 Form.
Please inform what all will be the procedure to rectify this.

make ARE-1, immediatly and submit to R/O his copies, and send original and duplicate to customs and get endorsed, otherwise you as well as the factory will get in deep trouble.
department will book case of clearance without duty , without documentation to fact, and for wilful misuse of B-1 on the exporter.
