Quick Summary
If you are the sole nominee for an NHAI bond and the bondholder has passed away, you are entitled to the transmission of the bond into your name. You will need to formally apply for this process. As a joint account holder with the deceased on the bank account linked to the bond, this may also facilitate the transmission.

You will get transmission of bond in your name

Yes nominee gets everything

You have to apply for the same.

How NHAI will know about transmission.

Can someone explain the NHAI bond in brief?
