NOM FILING OF GSTR2

I am trying to file GSTR2 for the month of July but am unable to do so.

NIL returns were filed.

But returns in which there is data it shows "Submission In Progress".

What to do??
Trying to file the return but still the system doesn't allow it?
What is this?

Anybody having solution please help.

CHECK ITC IN GSTR2AIf have Click on generate summary 2-3 times> go in first option now you can see some gst no > click on gstin > verify your itc details> accept/reject/modify itc details
