Noc From MoEF for

we have imported electronics item our consignment is detained by banglore customs saying that it is old and used goods and they require noc from ministry of environment and forest we want to know which department we have to write application and how to proceed for the same. please help us to clear our detained consignment from customs. We not even know whom to contact  please help us to overcome this, thanking you,
