I have appeared for the ca final exam for the 3rd in both groups. I have cleared inter (PE-ii)in the 1st attempt and have good academic record in graduation also. I have completed articleship in a small firm. I had applied for many job openings in many portals and attended interviews but was rejected by all of them.

It is pathetic to see that the payscale offered for CA inter/final is Rs.50,000 p.a. by most of the employers. During campus interview in college we are offered Rs.150000 and above p.a. for B.com alone. So, Is joining CA course is the crime which I have committed for which Iam penalised? CAs are not considered on par with MBA counterparts by most companies. How do I get out of this mess? I am really worried about where would my first job come from?

Dear friend of mine, why you are worried. It seems that you want to evaluate yourself into the market value.

Plz ask urself wheather you are competent enough to work in the challenging business situations.

Sir,

CA is the place where theoritical knowledge is not enough . You must be capable to handle the Practical situations.

A sinceare article ship trining will equip you with the skills that is in the demand of the industry.

Sir, You must be aware that CA inter and ca finalists are also getting good salary in the industry the only thing that required is working experience.

Don't fear from rejections .

try to grab what is required.

Do the practical work starting could be hard as the benefit could be low but you will reach where you want to just have hope with urself.

you are right. MBA finance get more salary than C.A. Even knowledge wise C.A is better knowledge.

Institute is resposible for that. C.A course is better for practice . MBA requires less time .study & get better job in young age. But in C.A ,Age increased, not get much salary & fruration.

In C.A percentage result very low - Decreased comfidence.

If any one require good salary with less knowledge then always prefer MBA.

Institue requires more hard work ,Marketing techniques for C.A job market.

If result is very low then Job market- choice MBA,ICWA,CS instesd of C.A.

So my suggestion for Student - requires job in industry prefer M.B.A.

C.A good for practice.
