i had applied for transfer to icai on basis of my parents shifting to another state with requisite proofs on 10th july. since then i had visited twice icai and they said that atleast wait for a month for icai's reply. i want to do articleship at that state, but still haven't got any letter from icai..... i m eagerly waiting for that as only after that i wil be able to sign form 109 from my principal.

i m unable to decide what to do. plz help me regarding this situation and express your views to me......

dont worry swami.soon there will be an enquiry about u from the officials of CBI.after their interrogation u will be allowed to take transfer

No, There wouldn't be any CBI enquiry for the same. Don't worry.

But Institute will take a long time and it might be possible that they will refuse the applicatrion for transfer.
