I have been trying to update contacts of two of my clients on efiling website since morning. But inspite of repeated attempts no pins are received on mobile or email.
I tried contacting help desk, they say that they have sent pins from their side. Guess I'll have to wait for 24 hours :(
may be yr numbers are on DND, plz check

You will get the PIN for updating contacts after some time. It is happening due to their technical problem.
Yup Usually it happens rarely... and if it u had to wait for a day.. and repeat the process as u did...same things is happening with many peoples dear....

I did face the same since yesterday. but the tip given by them is change email id & mobile no. both even if u have to change only one, i got the PINs immedtly.
