NO PERQUISITE IN RESPECT OF ACCOMMODATION IN REMOTE LOCATION

As per my understanding of taxability of perquisite, in respect of concessional accommodation provided in remote location is 'NIL'.

Kindly let me know conditions (if any), to be fulfilled for such a NIL perk.
