We get hurt because we expect alot from people and when they dont come upto our expectations we feel hurt.

But if we dont expect anything from them, we will feel surprised and better when they do even a little for us beacuse that would be unexpected.

what a nice message!!,, different thinking made this man great, I just remember brahmakumari's words.."somebody may hurt you once, but recalling that incident again and again.. we are hurting ourselves more and for years..", Really Neha, unless we give permission to others, they cant hurt us, its we becoming weak and surrendering ourself to others and easily we get hurt... As long as, we are confident of doing right thing, nobody cant reach to spoil our feelings.. Thanks a lot for sharing

If someone Hurt us we should not do the same to the other person instead we should show our Genuine Nature to them, so that they feel embrassed & feel what they have done wrong.
