No of Shares- EPS

Nop, u cant include forfieted shares in total no of shares untill the compny have re-issued the such shares......!!!

Brother, EPS is calculated on the paid up shares of the Copmany and shares once forfieted gets reduced from the paid up share capital..

So in this case Ankur is rite..
