So that means, if a commpany is registered as an OPC and doesn't have a min of 10 employees, the company cannot apply for ESCI and PF registration.

Reason I'm asking is, there are small soft skill training companies who are registered, but their clients insist on have these two requirements met. Is there a way to have this done?
