According to the New system of I-T Dept. there is no need to send the hard copy of return if income is less than rs. 5 Lakh..and has no refund claim.
so I want to know that if anyone has refund claim than he/she has to send the hard copy?
If anyone not have aadhar card and internet banking facility in that case how can verfication done?
if income is above rs.5Lakh then also has to send the hard copy?
You can use the your ATM card to generate EVC and verify your Income Tax Return.

you need not send hard copy. In case of difficulty in e verification. Do not bother yourself. Take a print out of ITR V , sign it and send it by ordinary post to CPC Bangalore. As of now, e verification is introduced only to get rid of ITR V sending at your end and data entry of receipt of ITR V at CPC end.
