I have access to my mothers efiling portal as well. Under my efiled returns history, for whatever past years data is available on new portal, there's no link for the Intimation order. The only way for me to see the intimation order is in my emails. There's no record in the portal.
Whereas when I login to my mothers efiling portal, for all her previous returns, there's a link to download Intimation order.
I wonder why is it missing in my case? The only specifics I have is in case of my mother there was no due/ no refund for past 3 years whereas in my case there was refund in all past 3 years, if that matters.
