Sir,
As a service recipient, we have received taxable services from unregistered persons above threshold turnover amount under GST.
what is the necessary actions these transactions.
now not 9(4) rule against unregistered suppliers.
please guide us.

If the suppliers threshold limit to take GST registration is exceeded, ask him to register under GST and issue tax invoice.
