This time i read the October President s message with a hope that there would be some good news for the article student to double the stipend as it was seen in September s President Message. It was said that we have given this matter for the approval to the Central Government.
But there was no such matter discussed in this October s President Message..
Does it take so long to get an approval ????????
Well bro; the proposal by icai council in2009 to reduce articleship of pcc stream by 6 months is still pending with central government.
