What is the Minimum and maximum no of persons in partnership firm??

Plz refer section 464 of companies act 2013, minimum 2 and maximum 100, if no of members crossing the limit of 100 then it should be registered under company act

In rules 10 of companies miscellaneous rules 2014... It is 50....section says 100 i. e maximum limit... Hence now 50 members applicable... Sorry for the wrong answers
