If the assessee doesnot have bank account, how to fill the bank account and IFSC columns in ITR? I am efilling ITR-4s for A.Y. 2014-15 and 2015-16? Please advise and thanks in advance.

Sir I am filing return using Quick Efile option on the income tax india website.
Assessee do not have bank account... But do he have taxable Income. What is he doing. Better to open new account if u need refund... At least jandhan account

Open an account first for the betterment ...
Try 99999999999 for acc number. And for inscripttion try sbin0000000 , should work.
Interesting , no bank account as on today .... Prime minister should note this, govt jandhan account will now help him to open the account ....
