For AY 2017-18, ITR 4 has no provision for BS & P&L acc.........
& is applicable for assessment under presumptive scheme.
If your income is eligible for such assessment, you can file it as no account case and no need to provide details of BS & P&L acc.
Only the details of cash.....etc. is sufficient.
