Nill TDS return
In our company total seven employees.we deduct only P. T. per month no other deduction and out of seven employees six employees have not taxable person so my question is can I file nill tds return f. y. 19-20 in the month of September 2020 ? And issue form 16 A

You can file nil returns for three quarter but if you want to issue form 16 you can't file nil returns you have to file regular TDs returns with nil tax

NiL tax can be filed for court quarter only. For all other quarters you can file nil returnsa
