Nil rated sale B2b

sir/mam
suppose we sell B2B, Taxable & Nil rated goods in one bill, where it is to be shown in GSTR 1??
As by using offline tool it gives error on nil rated item, & manually it does not allow me to save such bills.
whether I hv to show bill rated part of bill in in table 8,
since the same tax invoice is going to be reflected gstr 2a
& I don't think that we can bifurcate the tax inv. in two section
