Please tell me should I have to file itr in case of gst turnover is nil in F.Y. 2021-22??
or
should I have to file itr if my gst turnover only rs. 65,000 in F.Y. 2021-22?

ITR filing is not just based on your GST turnover.
Sec. 139(1) has specified certain criteria, where it is mandatory to file ITR. In those conditions, GST turnover is not specified..
