Can anyone tell me what and how to take legal action in real life in case of bounce of cheque against the party..i.e how to send notice,it shall be on stamp paper or not and all such details also.

sec 138 of negotiable instrument act send the notice through the lawyer within 30 days of cheque bounce
That means we cant send notice by ourself,all the work to be done via lawyer??
in your own case u can defend without lawyer if the amount is huge better take the help of lawyer notice can be sent in ordinary paper or letter head stamp paper not necessary for sending notice
