It is a pvt ltd company ... and i have applied for the PAN.. and i can open the bank acc only after i get the PAN ... wat bout appointing auditors etc??

U CAN CALL A GENERAL MEETING AND A PASS A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT IN PRACTICE AS AUDITORS. AND SEND A LETTER TO PROSPECTIVE AUDITORS FOR HIS CONSENT.
