Does anyone know if CA Final New Course Study Material is available from the ICAI sales counters? Or are they still selling Final Old course text books?

I am appearing for CPT in June 2009. Suppose I pass in the exam.       When can I become a chartered accountant at the earliest?

I took transfer from old course to the new one and recv new syllabus books. This means that they might be available from the counters also.

ca final course old syllabus will be closed in nov 2009 and there after only new course exam for ca final will be taken...old ca final course will be closed in nov 2009 and thereafter new course for ca final exam will be taken..
