New syllabus for cs professional programme
Hello friends,
Myself got registered for CS in 2009 but unfortunately my Professional programme is still due Module I and IV. Kindly clarify the following queries;-
1)which syllabus will be applicable for me ?
2)Any any one suggest me the any good text book for all the 4 papers for Dec 2014 term
a) corporate secretarial practice
b) Drafting
c) Due Diligence
d) Business Ethics

The last examination under the Professional Programme (Old Syllabus 2007) will be held in June, 2015. So, you can still give your exams under the old syllabus.
