New syllabus for cs professional programme

Hello friends, Myself got registered for CS in 2009 but unfortunately my Professional programme is still due Module I and IV. Kindly clarify the following queries;- 1)which syllabus will be applicable for me ? 2)Any any one suggest me the any good text book for all the 4 papers for Dec 2014 term a) corporate secretarial practice b) Drafting c) Due Diligence d) Business Ethics
