New School establishment Valuation of Building
one of my client is establishing new school.Can I do valuation of building of school if it is constructed or own building used for school in both cases

if constructed how can you do the valuation. Value wud be the actual cost incurred to construct the building.I believe that it wud be a new building being constructed
however if own building is being used then in that case valuation needs to be done

who will do the valuation
there are valuation experts who undertake valuation of assets. see in your area if there's someone who can do the valuation
by registered vauluers ..
