Any boby know about new rule of gst on advance from customer?

@ Parv Kumar thanx for the link but I want to know any changes in the rule? w.e. condition of turnovers etc.
Person having turnover Rs.1.5 crore shall not required to pay tax on advance.
They have to pay it at the time of supply.
