NEW RETURN FILING SYSTEM
My turnover is less than 5 cr and currently I file GSTR 1 and GSTR 3b on a monthly basis. Please bother to tell if I can do it in the new Return filling system also.

Yes, if you want otherwise you can select quarterly filing options
Yes Definitely, You can choose any of one option, but once choose you can't change it in same year
