I want to know about new registration under GST who were previously exempted from tax and not tax payer so what would be procedure as for existing taxpayer can get provisional id and can initiate GST REGISTRATION.. What about who are coming under purview of tax for 1st time due to GST what is registration procedure for them do they need provisional id? If yes how to get that?

you need to apply through gst portal which will be open on 25th june. if you are not a professional in this field you are advised to take help of some ca/cs or any person who deals in this field...if you wana go yourself then carefully read registration rule from the following link..
