New registration of PAN
Today I tried to register a PAN on new income tax e-filing portal but not done. Is it a portal problem.Any one also facing same.

Quick Summary
Yes its problem with the site, its under repairs. Some of such services are not available presently.
Wait for few days to get it fully functional.
Yes till date said problem not sort out
Raise complaint by mail to helpline....
