@ Gaurav, couple of days back, when I called toll free no. they said, we need to mention either new or old no. but not  both...,  further they said, if we mention both no.s the exam form will be invalid....

I think, its better to get it confirmed.. whats the right procedure, before filling up forms, Toll free no. 18003450092
