Paste a recent passport size photograph in the box provided (Polaroid photographs not allowed). Attach a Demand draft as per your choice of module (s) selected. Refer fees table. You can make a consolidated demand draft, for all the modules selected. Demand draft is to be made in favour of NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA LIMITED payable at the nearest NSE office.
