Dear Team,

Hope all good :)

We have registered our private limited company on 31st May 2017, hence we didn’t register service tax, we are waiting to register directly GST, in this case from where we will get provisional User name and password, and also kindly help us what are all the documents needs to be submit, incase proprietorship means what are all the documents need to be submit.

Notes :

We have a PAN card

We are a man power service providers for IT companies

GST Date is extended and Registrations will re-open from 25th June 2017 (25-06-2017) and continue for 3 months as per Rules

as your are not registered with existing tax laws you cant have provisional Logins. you can registered directly.

It was started already or else its starting from 25th June 2017 onwards ? for Fresh GST registration

starting from 25th midnight. for documents, may same documents as are required for migration

You can apply for the fresh GST Registration from 25th June 2017. as a private limited company you can create your new user id and password of the same & following docs are required -

a) pan card of the company

b) COI + Directors Information like PAN & Aadhar card etc.

c) Board resolution

d) photographs of the directors

e) electricity bill copy of the premise.

f) Current Bank Statement copy or cancel cheque copy.
