Submit the electricity bill which you pay regularly for your business

For certain businesses, registration under GST is mandatory.

Different sets of documents will be required depending upon the constitution of business or the type of GST registration. Document for Address proof of business is one of them.

For Address Proof, any one of the following document is required for GST Registration:

  1. Property Tax Receipt(Latest)
  2. Municipal Khata copy(Latest)
  3. Electricity Bill copy(Latest)

Apart from the above, the following may apply,

  1. Ownership deed/document (only in case of owned property)
  2. Lease / Rental Agreement (in case of leased / rented property)- To be submitted along with (A), (B) or (C)
  3. Consent letter/NOC from the owner (in case of consent arrangement or shared property) – To be submitted along with (A), (B) or (C)
