New process of incorporation of company ?
What is the process ?Which forms are omitted , now which forms we are required to file ??

RUN Form for reservation of name.
This Form has replaced INC 1.
Two names can be applied in RUN Form.One resubmission of the Form is allowed.
SPICe Form(INC 32)for incorporation.
SPICe MoA(INC 33) and SPICe AoA(INC 34) are filed as linked forms with SPICe Form(INC 32)wherever required.
Scanned copy of MoA and AoA is attached with SPICe Form in case the no. of subscribers are more than seven. In that case SPICe MoA and SPICe AoA are not filed.
Two resubmissions of SPICe (INC 32)is allowed.
Now SPICe(INC 32) is only incorporation form for all types of companies.
INC 7 and INC 2 are omitted.
SPICe (INC 32)Form has substituted INC 29 Form.
