pl let me know from which asst year New Perquisite Valuation Rules as notified by cbdt vide notification no 94 dated 18.12.2009 is applicable, i.e. whether it is applicable in current ay 2010-10 or will be applicable from ay 2011-12.

those rules would operate retrospectively from 1.4.09
