No such procedure is there. But yes draft a partnership deed with tems and conditions upon which the partners will work upon and carry their business activities. And if possible get the same register with Registrar of Firms OF your state.
Btter will be to start your venture in form of company or LLP to give your business a corporate look in eyes of your vender and clients
