New PAN card application

 I have to apply for a PAN card and i saw there is an option to apply online. I had two queries

1) How would i know the AO code information, i saw there is a list available based on the city of residence, but even in a city there are multiple options. I am residing in vikas puri in new delhi and wonder how can i find this information.

2) How to supply the photos in case of online form.
