No, For A.Y 2018-19 last date to file return has already passed. You can file return for A.Y 2019-20, as last date for same is 30th September, 2020 and for A.Y 2020-21 last date is 30th November, 2020.
Sir I think we can file return of A.Y 2018-19 through department by submitting with some interest and penalty If I'm correct so please explain the whole procedure and total how much cost will come for filling this A.Y 2018-19 return
As per sec 139(4) of the Act, which deals with belated filing of return"Any person who has not furnished a return within the time allowed to him under sub-section [1], may furnish the return for any previous year at any time before the end of the relevant assessment year or before the completion of the assessment, whichever is earlier."
For AY 18-19, Last date i.e. end of AY was 31.03.2019, which has already been passed hence you can not file ITR of that AY now . ITR can only be filed if any order for non filing of the same is received from I.T Department.
